He never respond back to me either...i gave up on him. I sent him numerous emails...I feel like im begging for his business. ... call one time to a Canada # and they were close for a week or so due to some issue i forgot...oh wells...like i said...i gave up

hmmm thats weird. their warehouse was open, but for a while steve was on vacation and hence a bit slow getting back to emails. i sent him one and got a response....

Steve's usually pretty good about responding. I know he was out for two weeks on vacation until 1st week of Feb.

I'd suggest you also try emailing at his kb website address in case something is going on with the xenon depot one. info@KBCARSTUFF.COM

Agree with DaveGS4. He's a pretty stand up guy and very easy to deal with.

I emailed him and he responded promptly. He even called me personally when I had a problem with my kit and gave me a discount on a set of bulbs. This was all within the last 2 weeks. Saved nearly 50%. I ordered 2 kits from him within the past month and the bulbs arrived yesterday.

Don't worry. He will get to you.

Finally got a hold of Steve...just purchase the D4S bulbs and Volt Kit from him. Very nice and helpful guy !!! Thanks for answering all my questions Steve.
