Default noob type question

i've done a lot of searching and looking around and i'm just asking to make sure. if i order: DDM 35W & 55W Slim Ballast HID Kit as my fogs and headlights, do i need anything else or will i be all set? (3000k 35W for my fogs and 6000k 44w for lowbeams)

http://www.ddmtuning.com/products/DD...Kit-101-0.html

i'm sure this has been beaten to death but i haven't found a clear answer, so that's why i'm posting.
