Default What does Caddy DTS use for its back-up lights?

I've seen them several times, and they look as bright as some HIDs. Anyone know what they use?

They're LEDs. But not the regular LED bulbs that you can get for the sockets. Not sure how many there are on the board but they do look nice.

You can't buy the LED's individually, you have to get the entire taillight, and remove the LED board from the tail unit.

As long as you have the proper resistors, you should be fine.

Och,

I saw those too and they look pretty nice. jacksonvp did a mod to have LEDs in his reverse lights as well. Check out the last picture on his first post and you'll see what i mean.

check out his links and you can order them according to whatever bulb you use for reverse lights.
