Yeah, those are the afs motors, not ballasts. Are those from an M35/45?

what is that? Looks like an LS430, in which case it is an awesome steal of a deal.
the motor thing is probably related to the AFS function, only.

What is that thing in the bottom right hand corner? Looks like some huge rifle bullets or something

though im happy that i got these for $124.. i really wished they were bi-xenon =[ would totally be awesome!

anyways whats the best way to retro these on a 2GS HID housing?'

A) . Cut a hole at back, align and then epoxy?

B). Cut hole, align, use bolts + nuts

C). cut hole, align, Bolt + nut + epoxy?

Find the clubaristo write up with PDF files for the q45 projectors, and then machine those pieces to be bolt on. Instead of cutting out the middle/mounts for the Q45, pull apart your projectors, and take the shield mounting holes and make it work for the machined pieces. No need to cut up bowls, and as long as you cut out the hole for the projector on the plate right, it'll line up perfectly, AND it will retain all the stock auto leveling/leveling screws for the headlights.

If you can't find the link, I'll post it when I get home, I don't have it at work.
