Default Dome LED replacement fade blink question.

Okay, here is a question that I have not found a definitive answer for. I've looked through all of those big pages below and then some but nothing. I have searched, blink, led, fade, dome and most combination. Anyways, here is the question.

I have an IS350 and purchased the sewell LED conversion, there are two problems, first, the dome light gradually comes on with the regular 194 wedge lights. With the bulbs, it looks normal, with LEDs it blinks. I read that the V-LEDs 5smt will not blink as it gets brighter but I haven't found anyone to confirm it. I was told to get blue bulbs to help make it whiter without the blinking.

The second problem is that bright LEDs. The LEDs are so bright, there is 3 dots there. I found out that I can try less LED for less lighting but again, if I don't get the 5smt, then there is a chance the 1 led inverse wedge might blink.

I also need a set of rears that isn't wedge but circular looking. Any ideas?
