I have a similar frustrating experience with them as well. I ordered my HID kit and it didnt even come with the connectors for my car. So I emailed them twice and got no response so I had to call them and finally got a response. They said they would send me new harnesses with connectors but I have still yet to receive them. I even emailed them for a tracking number and they still have not gotten back to me.

I wanted to swap out my stock fog lights on my 07 IS350 to HID. At first I almost ordered from HIDEXTRA but after reading all the issues people are having I want to go another route. I checked out xenon depot but I didnt see a conversion kit for my car on there. anyone know where i can find one? TIA.....total noob to this!

neither HID Extra or xexon depot are good? the xexon depot the buld quality is good and look solid but it just last me little over a year, and I only run them on at night time for max about 20 hours of use and some time one of them turn on the other is not, keep switching left and right like that and the HID Extra is cheap chinese made they don't bright enough look cheap any way I rather stick with OEM one hihiii

One of my ballast went out last night. I sent them an e-mail this morning. Hopefully I can get a replacement soon since I drive my car mostly at night.

If I can't get a replacement within the next week, I'll probably just have to order a new kit from Xenondepot.

Thanks for the quick response and for getting the ballast shipped out so fast. I was very impressed by how quickly it was all handled. You guys shipped out in just a matter of hours after I sent the e-mail too.

Excellent customer service in my opinion.

I had a ballast go out in December, but only now finally had a chance to check it out. At first I thought it was the bulb, but after testing the bulb on the other side I realized it was the ballast. Lucky for me I had a spare ballast from my other car so I installed that and sent an email to figure out if the ballast that went out was still under warranty. Still waiting on a response.... needless to say i had to send another email tonight because the other side went out!!!

I got my ballast in the mail last Thursday and everything seems to be working just fine. It was a pretty good overall experience for me.

I'm glad to have my HID's working together again. I had to borrow a halogen bulb and it literally produced no light.

Hi cookies, if there's any defective part, warranty should be free. What's your email address, I will look into the case.
