Installed mine over the weekend and when I turned them on they started flickering. Not sure if I need the wiring harness or the canceller. But not satisfied with the end result.

They are sending me the canceller resistors which I hope will fix the flickering. But 6000k color is awesome and definitely gives my car a clean look.

How much did you pay for the HID kit and which model?

I got the kit with 6000k bulbs. I use them to drive in the day time too and it is pure white in the day and at night. But I have not installed the canceller resistors yet for the slight flicker.

Hopefully, that'll correct the flickering.

I recently started having a problem with mine starting. Only one ballast will fire when i turn the lights on. Then, when that ballast has evened out, if i turn the lights off, then on again, only the other one will fire. Is this a problem with the lights not receiving enough power? It has made the fuses very hot, to a point where it melts the plastic, but it never blows the fuse itself. Should i put on a bigger fuse?

Hello,

It may be possible that the lights are not getting enough power. You could try a relay if you haven't already.

got a problem with 2 of the ballasts i got from the black friday sale. order number 12139, i was swapping a hid kit from one car to another and wanted to test them before putting everything back. one ballast sparked to the chassis and the other one started smoking, i quickly turned off the lights and disconnected them. the ballast that was smoking started puffing smoke every time i touched it but needless to say they are both dead ballasts. some help with this issue would be great.

My canceller resistor didn't work, they blew my car fuse. Can you send me the black ballast if I pay for the difference and see if it won't flicker?

damn that sucks bay, last time i bought 3 sets and one ballast started flickering also. so much for their site stating that the ballasts arent the cheapo ones.
