I'm having a issue with contacting somebody at help@hidsupport.com when I emailed them 2 and a half months ago regarding my 3000k bulbs being greenish. Never got a response. Emailed them after a week, still no response. I finally got used to my bulbs being greenish even though they were ugly. Earlier this week, my driverside bulb stop lighting up. Was told to email help@hidsupport.com again. Today is the 3rd day and I'm still waiting for a response. This bulb gave out only after 2 and a half months of use... please prove to me your kit is quality by giving me bulbs that shine @ their rated temp and don't burn out in less than 3 months.

i ordered 2 kits last year for my car and have had no complaints about them. i recently sold the car though so i just ordered 2 more kits for my new car. cant wait to get em. great deal going on

just ordered two sets of HID for low beams and fog lights. i hope the color matches and doesn't flicker after two weeks *fingers crossed*

Well, after doing some research and FINALLY finding some 2006 ES330 Projector style HID headlights for a decent price I decided to choose the HIDeXTRA D2S Canbus HID Xenon Conversion Kit over the XenonDepot Xtreme Digital HID Conversion Kits.

It was a hard decision, but once I came across your latest ad, there was no question about it (especially being on a somewhat limited budget).

Please don't make my decision the wrong one, I have high hopes for this kit!

Received my kits a couple of days ago. I replaced my old kits with the new ones...installed them last night and so far so good. I only used 3 out of the 4 ballasts because one of my old ballasts was still working. Everything was neatly packaged and I liked that it came with different mounting options such as zip ties, double sided tape, and mounting brackets with the screws...very impressed. The only issue I had after installing everything was that my driver side was flickering. I have a feeling that it's the ballast because I already have a relay harness. Going to switch it with the other ballast that I didn't use and see if it changes. If it does then I need the other ballast replaced, please.

After weeks and 3 emails to them regarding my 3000k hid bulbs being green, and one side burned out, they finally decided to send me replacement bulbs. These new bulbs are even worse! One side starts up orange, the other hulk green. They warm up to a greenish yellow still, and one side doesn't flicker but color shifts repeatedly every couple seconds between orange yellow and greenish yellow. I initially thought I was seeing things but my friend confirmed it when he thought he was seeing things too. I'm not even going to bother asking the for a new set because they will just send me another pair of cheap bulbs.
