How do you wire LED turn signal bulbs so they dont hyper blink?

I bought these turn signal LED bulbs, and how whenever my turn signal is on, its blinking fast, as if one of the bulbs is burned out. Is there a way to fix that?

its call load resistor they offered now just tap them into positive and negative of your oem wires

Ok, what OHM and wattage resistors I need? I replaced 1157 20watt bulbs with 13 watt LED bulbs.
