Default Which Headlights?

I have a stock 2002 ES 300. I am looking into getting HID lights for it, since the newer models do. I have the option to get the 2005 Housings, or get an aftermarket set off of eBay....

Which would you get?

Thanks

I found those aftermarket lights, and they look amazing, the LED's and other cool lights look nice, but not quite sure about the quality, please help.

Either go OEM upgrade, or retrofit the stock housings. A retrofit will yield better results than the stock projector output.

Either way, stay away from eBay headlights!

So you don't think the ebay lights are good at all quality wise?

I don't want to retrofit. So I'll get these:

They are not official OEM Lexus Headlights, but I have bought headlights from that company before, and they are great. They are very high quality. But does anyone know where I could get direct OEM Headlights? Would the price be outrageous? I have seen USED OEM Headlights on eBay, but I would rather get NEW replicas.

I also found another site that is a little cheaper in price.

I have an '03 es with factory HIDs and my headlights look IDENTICAL to your oem halogen housings. I don't know if aftermarket bulbs will fit behind the reflector-cap-things in the middle of the housing, or if the beam shape is going to be the same, but i can tell you that the projector (05-06) lights only look better than the 02-04 lights when they are turned off. the projector looks cooler than the reflector bowl.

fwiw, i put a xentec kit ($55) 5000k in my gf's passat with no trouble for 9 months so far, and it looks great and doubled her light output. cheap and good looking/useful upgrade.

Don't waste money on aftermarket stuff, they may look nice but not as efficient
instead you can think about getting a retrofit done
