Default Beware of off brands

Ok... I've learned my lesson. Is it OK to share this experience?

I thought I would save some money and order some "cheaper" D4S bulbs for our ES350. I thought I'd found a decent company to deal with and I ordered from Omni X Auto Sports. They have a great looking website, with all the usual claims and guarantees. However, after receiving a set of really CHEAP looking bulbs, I found that they didn't fit. The alignment notches on the base were wrong. So, I called Customer Service... and got a recording. I tried their online chat tool ... it timed out and gave me a message to call customer service. I tried customer service again ... several times over the next week. Then I sent an email to their support and sales email addresses. I finally got an email response, saying that a technician would call me that evening... they never called. So, I started the process over again... with no further response. I have now initiated the process of disputing the credit card charges.

I guess I should have asked first. But, now that I've learned my lesson, can anyone recommend a reputable company to deal with?

Philips/OSRAM. These are the high-quality OEM brands. Just Google 4300k or 5000k or 6000k (whichever color you prefer) D4S and they will pop up all over. You can buy them from you local auto shop to Ebay to Amazon to CL classifieds. New, they usually run around $200 average depending on where you shop.

Nothing is "wrong" with Osram, I was referring to the industry domination that Philips has over them.

They both work just fine.
