I had good service with them. I'm hoping one of the bulbs go out on my Avalon so I can have an excuse to order another set from them for it .

I have them in my car. They are horrible HIDs, they are so dim compared to my girlfriend's lights that I bought from a-line for Christmas. For the money I suggest you look else where. I'm getting myself new HIDs. I can't stand it anymore.

What car does she drive, what temp do you guys have, etc etc. Different cars have different light coming out and also the temp of the light affects the light output too

I bought a kit for my IS250 about 1.5 years ago from DDM.
At first they sent me the wrong bulb (plastic tabs instead of metal tabs), no issues with the ballast of wiring.
The bulb connectors don't match our OEM connectors, I had to push out the metal tabs from DDM bulbs to connect to our OEM bulb connectors.

They've worked fine but now when I hit bumps, the bulbs bounce. It's seems like the bulb is becoming loose at the base, I emailed them twice and no response.
Then 3 weeks later I get an email response to make sure the bulbs aren't loose or to swap them from one housing to the other!!

I did, no difference. The bulbs look fine and light up with no issues.

I'm looking for new 6K bulbs that will fit the OEM connectors, any leads?

Thanks

FYI They just opened a new location in Newport I believe. It was posted on e46fanatics a while back. So if you're near there or their SD location, hit them up. They are very slow with emails so its better to call them

I've had fantastic results with them. I've never had a problem, so I can't say about their warranty 8-). I'm about to buy a set of 3000k fogs for my 1st gen GS300.

and I'll be buying from them for sure.

Not hearing some things I like. Just ordered a H6m for my quad if these are good i'll get 'em for the GS. They are cheaper than most people so I guess you get what you pay for. But we'll see hopefully it's right bulbs no bum ballast etc.

I've had issues.. one of my low beam bulbs was discolored. My fogs faded pretty quickly in color

Ordered a new low beam set, got sent high beams instead

seems like a lot of the same problems happening over and over again... they seem to frequently send out the wrong parts. i ordered a set of 9006 hids and got h7 instead. i had to pay for shipping because i didn't open the package right away and didn't realize they sent me the wrong bulbs until maybe a few weeks later. as far as their actual products though, my 9006 hids have been working fine for about a year w/o any problems. last week i called their huntington beach location to ask if they had some h3 hids in stock and they said yes so i drove over there and when i got there, they said they hadn't received most of their stock yet. pretty frustrating, but they do have probably the cheapest, decent hid kids around.
