bought 55w headlights, one of the bulb became discolored, not sure if it was the bulb or if i had dropped a bead of sweat or my fingers rubbed on them during installation. either way, i sent it back and got new bulbs. no problems since. overall, i'm happy with my purchase because they look great.

the person who said something about his bulbs bouncing, that's installation problem, nothing to do with the HIDs themselves.

Just installed the 6K H6M (atv) kit last night that I got for $60. It's pretty darn brigth light up the whole effin trial! We'll see how its holds up to the vibration dust and water I tried to mount high and dry. For $60 normanlly $50 the ballast is very slim compared to other guys that charge $80-120 for the same size. I took them over a week to process my order so I had to wait over two weeks to get my kit which wasn't to pleasing. Other than the poor service I experienced they seem like a good product but we will see in due time. Good luck and great driving / riding!

So DDM get some redemption from me. My atv kit has stood up to some decent dust vibration and a lot of water!! This time around they shipped out quick and i got it in no time. got a 35w 6,000k kit for the fogs on my 03 gs3, installed them in between the rain drops. Here is a few shots can't wait to take a ride later.

Yes the prices are very good I just got a 35W slim ballast 5KK kit for the low beam on sale for $35. Well I take back some of my redemption I gave to DDM too because I placed an order on the March 30th and called today to check on the order and it hasn't even been shipped yet!!! The woman stated orders placed on the 30th will ship today. So don't bother to waste your money on fancy shipping because it will take them approx. 3 day to put the order together!!!. Sorry but I think that is a little ridiculous to process and order. Maybe im over the top you tell me if you think that is reasonable

I do... No complaints here so far.. Definitely worth the $$$. Sylvania bulbs alone are already $45 bucks so can't beat their HID price.

their organization is pretty horrendous. their packaging sucks as well so i assume bulbs arrive broken quite often.
Had to do an exchange since they sent me the wrong color bulbs and one was broken. Took forever for their service rep to contact me after filing a ticket online, so i called them a couple times until they were willing to put me in touch with a human being. then they took a long time to respond to the photos i sent of the damaged bulbs. well, i was in SD for spring break, and decided to drop by their office there. In order to prevent me from asking for a full refund, their manager behind the counter gave me his assurance that id be given a price correction since their prices had fallen about 30 bucks off my original order since I placed it. a week later a service rep calls me to let me know that theyre gonna deny my price correction. then they go on to lie to my face about how the manager who offered me the price correction was fired etc etc etc.

long story short: they suck. look elsewhere, not worth the headache.
