If you guys don't recieve the product like in two weeks, Just paypal me and I guess for shipping I can priority mail, which takes about 2-3 days. Not trying to make any money, just trying to help fellow members. Plus I been using their product for over a year maybe more and have no problem what so ever. As for customer service, I have no idea.

but yea delivery time is a shot in the dark...but look at your order number and go to the main page and on the right side of the screen they have group of order number for that day being ship

I never even got a tracking number or anything from DDM in my email for my last set of HIDs lol....

jintei: I've seen comparisons of the 55 vs the 35 and didn't think it was worth it to spend more for the 55. So I got the 35w cause I thought it'd be bright enough for my taste. And it is. Plus I have just standard halogen projectors and don't want to blind all oncoming traffic.
Also if you plan on putting them in your fogs I definitely recommend getting the 35w so it doesn't get too hot in there from the restricted space.

About the HIDs.... yay, I had my tracking number yesterday. The status said "Billing info received". Today the status says..... ................. ........"Billing info received"..... sigh

Lol I hope you get your HIDs soon. And I hope they turn out well, as mine have (at least my 9006 kit; don't know about the H3 kit yet).
