Default Ok to mount ballast to battery?

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if it's ok to mount an HID ballast to the side of the battery? The stock wiring is too short and the ballast is a bit bulky.

double sided sticky pad! its gonna be a hassle when u have to remove the battery though lol. especially if u hid the wires cleanly.

I put mine on the actual frame underneath the battery. Have you tried that? Zipties are god when it comes to mounting these things lol
