I'm having a issue with my 06 gs where the headlights will go out when driving.

It alternates between the left and right headlight. If I turn off the headlights and turn them back on the will work for a while and then go out again. I don't think it's the bulbs since they do work. I have noticed that they appear to flicker a little when the car hits bumps in the road also so I believe that might have something to do with it.

Is there anything thing I can do to resolve the issue before I look into replacing the headlights. Like i said I don't believe that they are going out.

I have the same problem with my headlights. One night the right one works, the other the left, then sometimes neither. I have an 07 IS350 and what caused it was me switching the bulbs out (I was attempting to get the DRL's to be white). The dealer told me that I incorrectly put the covers to the back of the lights on when I changed it. I was quoted $2900 for two headlights. I am obviously shopping around for lights now, but think you might have the same problem.
