So I got my HID kit today but there isn't any instructions, this sucks big time cause they said it was included. Anyone know a site that has a tutorial for 9004 high/low conversion.

Buyer Beware -- I'm out $130
I hope you read user reviews before purchasing from HID Nation. Sure wish I had. I spent almost $100 on a HID light kit that didn't work properly. They recommended buying an additional relay unit that cost another $18 + $15 shipping. Same problem. But then it became MY problem. They would not respond to email or voicemail requests for a refund (they won't answer their phone -- try phoning them if you don't believe me). After repeatedly emailing them I finally got them to respond when I threatened them. They responded that using that tone terminates our relationship. Also that by installing the unit I could no longer return it.*
Stay away from companies that don't stand behind their product. Or that have a no-return policy.*
Here's a brief run-down of my problem:
- Bought top-of-the-line digital ballasts -- caused lights to flicker or alternate which light would actually work.*
- Paid for "lifetime warranty" which is void if you actually install it in your vehicle
- Purchased additional relays to correct the problem, which made it worse (only one light would generally come on at a time. Occasionally I could get both to come on, but only briefly).*
- Would not answer phone or respond to emails until threatened.*
- Would not refund my money
