I know there 35watt and 55watt HID out there...

Which item is really different from the 35watt to 55watt..
Ballast or bulb?

The reason is I have 55watt ballast and 35watt ballast at home. I just brought the 55watt hid kit and wanted to know if I can use 35watt ballast and might them less bright.
