im lookin to buy a pair of yellow fog light bulbs for my 97 es300 but im not sure wat bulbs to buy. i painted my fogs yellow with krylon glass paint and now i need the bulbs. i dont want to spend to much on them since i just bought a 5000k kit for my lows and PIAA xtreme white plus for my highs.

if you want just regular bulbs i recently bought 2 sets of yellow halogen bulbs from xenondepot. currently im happy with them but if you get 9005 bulbs and modify the socket to work with the 9006 the light output is alot brighter but more glare.
9006 has a dipped tip to block the light from dispersing forward.
9005 bulbs doesnt have this which causes the glare but extra brightness.

I'm looking for suggestions. My Nokya's in the past were pretty good but I've gone through like 3 packs in 3 months and its pissed me off.
Thanks for any advice. I do have yellow film over the GSh but the yellow bulbs give it a nice hue compared to just regular 9006 bulbs.

Definitely go for Putco Jet yellow bulbs. I have had a set running on my car for roughly 1.5 years with no problems! They have a deeper yellow output than the Nokya bulbs. Here is a good comparison picture showing the difference between Putco and Nokya:

I've used Luminics and they have a pretty good color. The "JDM Yellow" color is rated at 2500K which is pretty accurate since they're a bit of a deeper yellow than my current 3000K HID's. I did have one of them burn out on me within about 6 months though, but they're pretty cheap to replace; about $25 a pair.
