Default To go yellow on DRL's/Hi beams or not?

I just got an IS300 a couple weeks ago and nothing annoys me more than having HIDS and having non matching fogs and daytime running lights.

Added bonus with the Lexus is that the fogs are already yellow so it looks great at night.
Moving into the DRL's/Hi beams, i think look like garbage because they do not match whatsoever.

Now I was thinking of putting yellow bulbs in this spot but not sure. I think if I keep the daytime running lights the yellow may look better because my car is blue, but not sure how I would like them for high beams?
I am a big advocate of yellow lights though for bad weather and always atleast swap my fogs to yellow.

Any suggestions?
-Yellow? Or go with an HID look alike to match?
-Keep daytime running lights and do full power? Or just disconnect the daytime running lights completely?

Damn 29 reviews and no one on here has an opinion to share? I find that strange, unless this topic has been beaten to death or something. . . . ?

its all a personal preference. im not sure how the drl works on the is's but the gs's the drl/high beam bulb turns off and wedge bulbs takes place of them once the headlights are turned on. i use to have yellow wedges + drl/high and yellow fogs with 5k headlights. it eventually looked very weird since the GS has these big bugeye lights.

my current setup is yellow DRL + high, matching 5k wedge led's with 5k hid for my headlights with oem yellow fogs. i like this setup alot more since it looks clean.

I disabled my daytime running lights, installed HID's in the fog lights, and enabled them to be on independently of the headlights, and am just putting some drop in replacement bright white lights, probably sylvania silver stars in the high beam spots...

the sylvanias aren't 5000k white like my HID's in the low beams, but they are much closer and not nearly as yellow...

I leave the fogs on 100% of the time and they are now my daytime running lights...

P.S. welcome to the IS club... I just got mine a couple weeks ago as well!

I've definitely been in the same boat... seen a couple VLED kits and trying to decide if I want to go that route or go the route of disabling and running the fogs independently.

I put some Nokya's in the other day and they look good so far. Now I gotta decide if I wanna do the full power mod and run the DRL's, or do the DRL's and fogs at same time or just keep them soley for Hi beams. . . . decisions decisions. . . .
