Default Yellow Fogs... Yes I want Yellow...~

I have a friend that drives a GS400 and i notice that his fogs is yellow... really yellow like the ones on the IS300... I know that the IS300's fog is yellow only because of the front lens... but my friend's GS400 has clear fog lens but the lights are really yellow... Anyone know if those bulbs will fit the 1998 ES300?? I really want yellow fog lights... sick of seeing all those other ppl that have White fogs... want to be different...
Thanks...

Just gimme your '98 and I'll give you my '93, complete with the cool yellow foggies.

J/K, another reason why the first generation ES300 rules muahahaha...

Those yellow lights was one of the main reasons I didn't want to get rid of my '94.

If you happen to find the right lights, HOOK ME UP. I've wanted those for years.

The foglight bulbs on the '98 ES300 are of size H3; subsequently, '97 and '99 may be the same (information in owner's manual). AFAIK, only PIAA makes a ionic yellow H3 bulb, which you can do a search to find them.

I have tried some other brand of ionic yellow H3 bulb... it's just not the same kind of yellow as stock... it's not yellowish enough... Has anyone use the PIAA ionic yellow H3??... got pics of how yellow they are?? PIAA are not exactly cheap... just wanna make sure they are the right blubs for me... Thanks

That is cause the GS bulb is actually a regular 9006 bulb and the glass is green. SOme people have put green film over the fog light to give it the green look.

To go along with getting the yellow foglights, is there a way to buy or make the lens "clear" like the 2000 & up?

I'm confused, to get a yellow color you use green film?

Where can I get film??? Is it ok to just use permanent marker over the bulb, it's 35 watt so it doesn't burn as hot as the headlights?
