i have a is300 and my ballast was bad so i ordered a new ballast and replaced it and put it in and my light was flickering at high output then low output then like a strobe light and then eventually went out and at one point it made an eerie sound and would come on and then go out. i got a lil condensation in the headlight i switched the bulbs and everything i dont know what the problem is. could it be my wiring i made sure all connections wer plugged back in correctly when i replaced the ballast it worked then just stop working before i bad a new ballast again wondering if anyone else has had this problem
