Apples to Oranges.
My vote goes to Garax as Ive been running them for awhile now with no problems. I thought one blew out but it turned out to be a bad ballast.

I'm obviously biased =) All I can tell you is that you need to be VERY careful when purchasing aftermarket D4S bulbs. We have literally gone through 6-7 different suppliers until finding the one that we use now. The Xtreme D4S bulbs that we currently sell our made in Korea and have a very similar to build to your OEM D4S bulbs (with metal prongs supporting the bulbs). We have been using this supplier for just quite some time now and have literally had ZERO problems. EIther way you go, make sure you go with a vendor that will be there to provide you with any sort of after sales service / support should you need it.
