Well...i was plannin on covering my foglight lenses w/ a blue tint so it looks good both at day and at night...but i was wondering if that was legal in da state of PA? cuz i remember hearing or reading that smoked headlight covers are illegal...but i dunno if that would apply to tinted fogs

ok if you tint the lens of your fog lights blue it thats illegal. because you are impersonating a cop. no red or blue on the front of the car. not even blue turn signal bulbs.
those blue bulbs that ricer use are really pushing the limits. most cops don't even bother anymore. only really picky one's do. and if they did care in southern california every other car would get a ticket.

a few years ago I had a 95 Accord, when I bought it, it had those denji 3 projector lights on them. The useless one in the insides were blueish.... It was a sunny day, around noon, a cop pulls me over and gives me a ticket for them.. I told him they weren't even wired up... they are useless.. he told me then get rid of them... a few days later, found someone that would trade me the stock headlights for these.

Hmm...when i used to ride out w/ blue-green tinted fogs....they looked ok at the best...but no cops really got on me about them tho...i think that might have been cuz i live in da suburbs of philly..where the cops dont really mind those lights mods cuz they arent as proliferant as in Cali...sooo...i think i'll be fine if i put them on my fogs...

Depends on the cop and the actual tint of the lenses. If they look blue as in dark blue jean blue get ready for a ticket. If they are more sky blue like fake HID bulbs you might be able to slide. More than likely on a LExus you won't see a problem. Some cops didn't know yellow fogs came standard on GS's as an option.
Also your more likely to get a ticket from a cop in the burbs. They have nothing to do.
