Default I want to add Audi style LED strips to my 2003 ES300.

Hi guys. I searched for this and did not come up with anything. I even tried Google and came up with a video of a guy putting in an LED strip into his front headlight area. But it didn't seem to work afterwards. So I thought I would post here and see what help I can get.

I want to put Audi style LED strips into the area in my headlights. I wanted to line the bottom with them and if possible have them curve and go up a little on the side. Almost like a slanted L.
Especially since the 2003 ES300 model have those curved headlight casings.

Here are my questions.

1) How would I go about getting those LED strips in there? Is there an easy way to do it?
2) Would I be able to curve them up the outer side of the headlight glass?
3) What brand would you recommend? I want something reliable, obviously flexible and not too expensive.
4) If any of you have done this, could you please post a pic on here or message me a pic for me to see.

I am trying to attac a pic of my car so that you know what I am talking about in terms of headlights but the upload keeps failing. Any idea why?

Thank you in advance for your help guys.

Megafast13 put his on the outside. I was trying to figure out how to put them on the inside and line them up. Like Audi does.

Also when I typed LED strips I got a bunch of threads that have nothing to do with LED strips but might have the word LED mentioned in some response.

Thank you though. :-)

Its very hard to take apart headlights and put them back together, I would have someone do it for you or go with a eagle eye aftermarket headlight with halo's and LEDs like I did with my 02 es300,

Default LED DRL's on my wife's RX350

I just installed these LED DRL's on my wife's RX350. I think they look good. It's a very thin strip of 30 side shine LEDs 24 inches long that stick on the underside of the headlight. They are invisible when not on. $15 bucks on eBay. They are listed as "24" XENON WHITE LED SIDE SHINE HEAD LIGHT STRIP DRL HEADLIGHT STRIPS"

Those look very good for not being in the headlight! Good job!

Hey guys, V-LED's makes "T" style LED strips that can wedge between the housing and the bumper giving it a more flush look. I have the 1st generation strips that are simply stick on. I will say that no one notices them in the daytime and they don't look like a nuisance. I now run DRL's in my high beams and just use the strips as an accent at night with the headlights. In my opinion, WAY too many people have been using strips (I installed mine before the crowd). I would recommend doing a little retrofitting and getting actual LED DRL's or ones in the highbeams like mine.

I have these too. They make my 2010 rx450h a little more like a 2013. I got them from bluewaterled.com they are very helpful American company. Lifetime warranty too.
