well, pumping up the wattage to 50w isn't hard at all, but how reliable the bulbs would be, like you said, would be a big issue. that's 43% more, quite a bit imho. unless it's different bulbs?

well i've heard that the phillips ultinon can take it, but then again no ones shown me concrete proof yet. it would be kind of fun though. just imagine doing it to a 4100k bulb. tahts 3200x1.43 lumens! light from heaven hahah
