7443 in my tails...very bright...it makes my tails more red...if that makes any sense. Pics taken with headlights ON...did NOT press on the brake pedal yet...I need to get some pics with brake pedal applied.

These don't seem to be available in colours other than red (at least for the 7440 and 7443 versions I would need for turn signals on a 2014 GS). Is that the case?

Are the red vision 7443 for brake lights plug and play? Or do I need to also buy canceller unit that Phillips sells? If so do I need the 5W or 21W?
Please let me know. Im very interested in coverting my brake lights to LEDs!
Thanks,
V

I'm not using this for signals, I already have LEDs for that. I'm just really interested in the 7443 for brake light for my 2012 ES350. Has anyone with a 2007-2012 ES350 that bought these 7443 for brake lights from you experience any problems with bulb out, error, messages or blown fuses? I just don't like returning products.

These have built in resistors so that scenario does not happen.
I have the distant cousin vehicle to your ES [2012 camry V6 full load], no errors. I must say a hair brigther than stock, and the only reason I got it was to match the LED 3rd brake light that comes stock on these cars...
It looked silly to have one on instantly and the others a 0.5sec delay... same with turning off. I wanted to match all three brake lights in their "on" times.

Thanks for the confirmation 01LEXPL. I'm going to get some and try it out. And yeah that's exactly how I feel, my 3rd brake is LED and I want the instant ON effect for all my brake lights.

Are these road legal for a 1998 Lexus GS300 in Canada? The link on the Philips website says:
It doesn't list any Lexus models.
Note: Street-legal: appropriate only for application in car models as listed above. Continue to check back for updates as the website will continue to be updated with additional vehicles, as testing confirms they meet the standards.

These are hands down the best LED's ever; I've been buying various LED bulbs for my cars for years from the no name manufacturers - and nothing compares to these. I splurged on my recently purchased 2000 ES300; bought every Philips LED that has an application for my car. Really makes it look much more modern and classy.
