Philips HID bulb went out
Just installed those McCulloch balasts with Philips bulbs and as soon as I turned on my headlamps one of the bulbs flashed and did not come on again. I took it out and it seems that there is moisture inside the bulb (the moist part of the bulb is arrow #1). Right now it is under my table lamp getting dried off. There was a lot of condensation tonight so that might be the reason why this happened. Anyone expirenced anything similar? I am exchanging my bulbs in any case.
Also #2 and #3 are not connected. Are they supposed to be?

didn't i warn you about those mcculluch ballast?? lol j/k man. anyways that build up is pretty normal. on my BMW OEM bulbs i have a bunch of yellow build up. i have a burnt out HID bulb right here with me. and the only differncce it is to a working bulb is that there is some build up/crap on the outside of the small ball like thing in the middle. but still inside the bulb itself

also, your bulb has a blue tint on the bulb?!?!?! if there is, it's not philips?
