Default What's that clicking sound around the ballast?

I am in serious need of help here. My Phillips 6k just went dead. (Not OEM)

Whenever I leave my car for 1 hour or so, and turn on the headlight, it works.
Then I turned the headlight off and try it on again, it never works anymore. This happens all the time.
Try this at night, HID dead..... then in the morning, HID works again. Same deal...after turn it off in the morning, it just die.....

The ballast or some part in HID just make the clicking noise everytime I turn on the headlight.

I swap my ballast and relay to the other side...everything works alright. Is it the bulb just went dead?
Or did I fry anything?

Any HID guru here to help? Thanks y'all

weird, ever see the light bulb flicker or getting dimmer/bluer? how using the other ballast and relay, does it work? you sure the clicking sound is from the ballast not the bulb?
