Post-install pics:

This is what roughly 15,000 LUMENS of light output looks like. Although the knowledgable guy at the shop insisted that the relay harness was not necessary, since the existing 55W Lexus wiring will be able to handle the 55W HID kit. So far so great. Time will tell.

Morimoto 55W 5500K HIDs (~4500 LUMEN per bulb) (low beam)
VX3 5000K LED into fogs (~2800 LUMEN per bulb)

Almost like driving in daylight.

 

This poor little housing looks maxed out. I wonder if this projector plastic is made to handle this..
Maybe reinforced glass would be better
