Angry Headlight Problem Need Help ASAP

I got to my car and turned it on tonight and the right headlight and the fog lightsswere out. I changed the fuse for the headlight and it imetiatly blew out. The manual says please call lexus so they can look at it.
Because i have the McClloch HID system it voids my warenty and they want $80 and hr. Does anyone know how to fix the fuse imediatly blowing? I have looked at the fog lights and the fuse was not blown, i changed it out anyway, but they still dont work. Is there a rest or some relay or anything to fix this problem?

Please let me know.

most the time when you put in HID you need to up your fuse from 15 to 25. because of the big draw it takes to load up an HID ballast/bulb

This is what I was afraid of, that's why I have so many posts relating to this problem, I guess some one has confirmed it for me. You might of fried you light switch, the costs of repair is tremedous. Maybe.

Read this http://faq.auto.light.tripod.com/headlamp-harness.html contact them, maybe they can help you.

Read it all don't leave out a word.
