Several people I know over at vwvortex.com have used powerbulbs.com to get euro-spec (read: straight OSRAM vs US Sylvania, etc) lights. They are located in the UK. I ordered my H7 OSRAM silverstars + H3 OSRAM All Season Supers from Autostylin Ltd (http://www.autostylin.co.uk).

If you don't want to go a shipped route, I would think that any Kragen/Autozone type place could order the bulb you want as long as they receive other bulbs from that manufacturer.
