Jason has to decide whether or NOT its a manufacturers defect, or if its a result of you swapping the wire to the battery.
Good luck. Let me know what happens.

Confirmed. It's not the bulbs. One of my friend's whom I refered to Jason for his 6000k kit came over and we tried swapping bulbs and for me the situation was the same and my bulbs worked properly in his car. Jason and I think that it may be the ballasts.

By the fact that you took the fuse out and it still worked means that there is a wiring problem that may be the cause. For example, there may be too much grounding (bad wiring at the relay) and not enough current (high gauge wire) and that may affect the incoming power.

My friend and I swapped bulbs in the daytime and tested them outside and it looked fine. We haven't tried it at night though (when the problem is indeed evident) -- We will try tonight and see.
