Default Proper Dimmer Switch for 4-strip Floorboard LED Set

Hello,
I'm interested in rigging a dimmer switch to this 4-Strip LED light set I bought for my floor rests in my 2012 es350.

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F282712125390

I have an installer, luckily, who was going to forego the cigarette lighter altogether and hot wire to car (including a fuse of course) but only offered me the on/off switch (it had 2 prongs coming out the back of it). I want more control over brightness to get the proper atmospheric effect I'm going for, especially because I worry at full on they may be too bright. Unfortunately, while my installer is good, they're not very helpful in telling me what I should be looking for and I'm kinda on my own in finding what I need on my own.

Can anybody help me by either describing the type of dimmer switch I need or even better, linking me to it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has added floor lighting as a modification, and wished it to have dimmer control. Any help would be much appreciated!
