Hey lighting gurus, I need your opinion on the Catz Hid Kit. I can get this from my brother-in-law brand new in the box for $275. Please don't ask me if I can get anymore because this is a one-time deal. I am planning to put these in the fog lights (4300k). How is the quality of these kits? I know its not AS good as the philips as some people say, but its for my foglights so I am not worried about it being #1 in terms of quality, but I don't want it to break down 2 months down the line either.

Any input is appreciated.
