Default Stressed by the situation

I bought a 2007 Lexus IS 250 it has a headlight out which is actually the ballast being bad in the Factory HID headlight so what I want to do is get rid of that order aftermarket black headlights and convert them over to LED lights that I can change the color of the light with my phone but the aftermarket headlights don't fit the Lexus models that have HID Factory headlights my question is does anyone know how to go about fitting the aftermarket headlights with a factory hid wiring harness or what my options might be

Holy run-on sentence, batman. So you're looking to remove the factory HIDs and replace them with cheapo aftermarket housings, to run RGB controller LED lights?
