M-a-t-s-u-s-h-i-t-a OEM for Lexus and/or Acura??
I just installed a retro kit that I bought from eautoworks.com last week. The name of the kit is HID PLUS II, and the color temp is claimed to be 7000K. My question is this: on the box they claim that the M-a-t-s-u-s-h-i-t-a ballasts are OEM for Acura and Lexus in Japan. Is there any truth to this? They are also made in Japan according to the package as well.

I checked under the hood of a friend's IS300, and they were Denso. I, too, have seen many a Catz/Bellof ad that claims that the ballasts are the same brand used by Lexus/Toyota OEM. I know most European cars I've seen use Hella ballasts, can't speak for Nissan/Infiniti or Honda/Acura from experience.
