Default 1992 LS400 Metal on Metal sound over every bump

The whole time ive had my ls400 i have had this weird metal on metal rubbing sound coming from the passenger front. It has been getting worse as of recent. It doesn't sound like a grinding but a squeaking sound. I have tried to shake the car when not driving but I cant replicate the sound. Its pretty much constant while driving and sounds like its coming from the wheel well area I think. My car is rebuilt title and it was hit on that side in 1995, where should I start looking? I had all the wheel of and all the bushings looked alright. I really cant figure out what it is. Could a loose panel make this sound possibly? If you guys on here would like a video I can get that.

The first thing that would scare me with anything in the front end with any kind of noise is those damn lower ball joints, cuz when they come apart, and they will, there is some danger there. I had two Ls400s that had one snap on each. (still need to change them on my present LS400, just in case) Luckily when mine broke I was going less then 5 MPH.
With the noise you describe I would give a real good look at the upper control arm bushings, and ball joint. And also the shock and spring. If they're original they're pretty old.
I started making some funny and weird noises as I got older.

check your wheel bearing. raise the front end and spin the front tires freely and see if you can replicate the sound. also yes check your lower ball joints for play!
