Default 92 400 cat removal

Im trying to remove all my cats mufflers and res so I can take the whip to the shop to have my exhaust system installed. Now the bolts are rusted to hell and have basically formed into one piece of metal, so unbolting it is kinda out of the question. Any advice on how I should go about cutting the top two cats out?

Easiest thing to do is take it to the shop and let them melt the bolts with a torch.
