buying LS400, quick question?

the car doesn't have a CD changer installed, does the car have wiring for it already? Is there a difference between the standard system and the Nakamichi system?

Most likely, the wiring harness will have the connector for the CD player. I would confirm this with the dealer and you'll probably have to go with the player offered for that generation/year.
