Default Windshield fluid resevoir 1993

Hi, My 1993 LS400 has a defective windshield fluid reservoir. The fluid flows right on to the floor. I purchased a replacement from
E—y and it was the wrong part. It was the only one I could find and it is the wrong part! I cant find one anywhere online. I live in Canada and absolutely need the windshield fluid to work. Any advice on where to find one? Any one had this problem? The only ones available are from 1995 and up. I am looking at having to keep a spray bottle of fluid and reaching out the window and spraying it myself. Cant drive in winter without fluid.

If you have headlight washer option then this won't work for you (or maybe it can be still used not sure). There is also one on Ebay

Are you sure the motor itself is not bad? I've repaired several cars with this problem.

edit - here are the motor part numbers

85310-14080 (05/1989 - 07/1992)
85310-20190 (08/1992 - 09/1994)
85330-50020 W(HEADLAMP CLEANER)

Best option may be to repair your existing reservoir with some material like a thin plastic sheet or fiberglass and then epoxy resin to hold it all together. Can you show pictures of where your tank is broken?

I have the headlight option, which is the cause if my problem's. The reservoir for cars with the headlight option has 2 pumps on it. The regular resevoir doesn't fit the headlight option cars.

Foil tape will work as a temporary patch assuming the bottle is cracked etc. but RTV has a strong bond to plastic.
