Frame damage from jack on "frame rail"?

Those rails are mainly to support the floor even when bent the front and rear track is not going to change. At least not until they are severely damaged which is not the case on your car. I've seen so many cars with similar damage in facts it's unusual not to see it on older cars.

As others mentioned, all you are really doing is bending the floor.
That being said, I would stop lifting the car from there and move the floor jack to the correct lifting points to prevent further damage

If you're bending a location that has been undercoated, inspect that area carefully for fractures in the undercoating and repair as necessary.

In my view is you are kind of over-thinking it which can happen to anyone that pampers their cars which is understandable. Your car is perfectly fine imho. Just be safe, that's the most important thing. And enjoy your Lexus!
