If there was major damage, would I be able to it visually, or is it something that only a collision shop could determine? See anything in my pics that would throw a red flag?
Those rails are mainly to support the floor even when bent the front and rear track is not going to change. At least not until they are severely damaged which is not the case on your car. I've seen so many cars with similar damage in facts it's unusual not to see it on older cars.

Appreciate the help. Rebuilt the front end, did a full break job, a starter and an alternator all in the last year. Just got wigged out that I might have ruined all my hard work.
In my view is you are kind of over-thinking it which can happen to anyone that pampers their cars which is understandable. Your car is perfectly fine imho. Just be safe, that's the most important thing. And enjoy your Lexus!
