Engine Splash Shield Falling
My front engine splash shield is falling. I can find a new one for about $60, but maybe it is just cheaper to replace the securing bolt? Does anyone know what size bolt I need?

The bolts you are missing (two of them) are the same size as the ones on the opposite side of the splash shield at that location. Put your car up on ramps, take one of those out, and use that to match.
Looking more closely at your photo, you might also be missing other screw thread type fasteners or clips on the side. There is a symmetry to the pattern of fasteners - drivers and passenger side.

Yeah you should be able to mix\match the bolts from somewhere else. I believe there are two different lengths if memory serves me correctly.
This presumes it's the screw that's missing, and not the plastic which is ripped in which case you need to buy a new cover (or cut the hanging piece off).

I'm pretty sure they're M6x1, about 15mm long. Get some large diameter fender washers too; I'm pretty sure there are some form of large diameter washers used in that location. Look at the opposite side for reference.
