okay i replaced the o-ring, cleaned the screen and replaced the solenoid. filled up with dextron iii and it only took about a half a quart. overfilled unfortunately, thought it'd take more.

Does anyone know the P/Ns for the little screen and O-ring? My screen also had a little tear upon removal.
