That car has been featured many times in the Japanese Magazine. It has a VVTi 2jzgte engine in it with upgraded twin turbos and all the goodies. Too bad we dont have a company like TT-Sport here in the states.

I'm just curious. Why the engine swap ? Why didn't he just bolt on a turbo / supercharger to the existing 4.0L engine ? I mean, it suppose to already have a good torque & power to start with, right ? Hence increasing them should be easier ... no ?

Yes more power can be had with the 4.0L, but two big problems are virtually no room to work with and availability of parts. There is everything you can imagine for the 2jzgte engine, just look at all the Supras.
