Default Ecu damage repairable?

Hello all. I have a 96 ls400 that is having all sorts of problems and it seems to point to the ecu. I pulled the ecu out and inspected it and found this. It appears that a previous own had replaced the caps. My question now is, is this salvageable or do I need a whole new board? Thank you in advance

Need to see better pictures to know the extent of damage if any. Almost any board can be repaired depends on skill level and time involved, for example

There is a very good chance that can be cleaned up, re-capped and back on the road.
Interesting. It almost looks as though the newer caps are the ones that leaked out.
