1999 LS400 Suspension Sounds Bad
Hi All,
I recently replaced a lot of front suspension parts on my 1999 LS400.
I have been trying to figure out if this sound that I am hearing is related to the top hat of the shock and spring assembly. I replaced the shock absorbers to bilsteins, rubber bump stop, front sway bar bushings, sway bar end links, top and lower control arms, and outer tie rods. But, I didn’t replace the top hat. The car is making bad suspension sounds and you can hear them
. What do you all think? I want to note that I only hear this from the driver’s side.

Should be able to duplicate the sound by bouncing the bumper up and down, car stationary of course. Might even be able to see the strut rod moving around in the mount. Or perhaps the strut nut/rod is not sitting in the mount properly? The strut is keyed/square at the end right?
