Default Code 13 help - 1990 Toyota Celsior

TRAC OFF and ABS light stuck on permanently. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT only goes off once engine goes up to temp. Car drives fine just has terrible fuel economy

Swapped out ECU, no luck

Wires for the cam sensors seem fine

what are my options?

It would the best to troubleshoot to observe the waveform as is shown here or simply replace the crank position sensor and cam position sensors.

I've found the parts numbers for the cam sensors and the crank, these should do correct?

I don't recommend to use aftermarket sensors.

I just bought both left and right banks cam sensors for my year. since Code 13 is mostly related to the cam sensors, is it really a bother buying the crank shaft position sensor?

The code 13 is quite vague. It needs to observe the waveform to judge more. Without an oscilloscope, it is not easy to pinpoint the failed part and needs to replace related parts next to next. That's the reason why I suggest people to use an oscilloscope. A computer controlled car definitely needs to use an oscilloscope. Without it, you'd replace parts next to next throwing some big money.
