Had the same problem. Wow, I find myself saying this a lot lately
Any way, It is not the drive shaft. It is the bushing (the vertical one) that connects rear diffrerential to the subframe.
I ordered the bushing from a dealer. It actually consists of two parts; One (the bottom piece) has to be pressed into the diff opening and the other (the top piece) you can replace yourself in about 10 minutes.
I did not replace the bottom part because labor is very expensive (the whole diff assembly has to be removed). I only replaced the top part. That solved the problem for about 6 month. Now I'm geting the same problem again, but it's OK because I can just order the part for about $12.00 and replace it myself in about 10 minutes.
